Phyton Consulting is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team! Phyton Consulting excels at enhancing the way organizations approach change across people, culture, processes, and technology, and we’re looking for someone to proactively source and recruit top level talent and subject-matter experts.
- Research and identify active/passive subject-matter experts and job seekers via cold calling, referral pipelines, candidate leads, database portals, job boards and LinkedIn
- Build a pipeline of candidates and match profiles to our existing positions
- Conduct candidate interviews via face to face meetings, phone calls and Skype/FaceTime conferences
- Document and log all recruitment and sales activity in our internal system
- Assist candidates with career advice, market trends, resume reformatting, interview preparation, salary negotiations, offer letter acceptance/decline, counteroffer intelligence, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales or recruiting ideally.
- Experience recruiting for a big four or established consulting firm a plus
- Knowledge of financial services a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
